Questions

Is Activision Blizzard down right now?

According to reports on this page, Activision Blizzard looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for Activision Blizzard yet.

Why can I not log in to my Activision or Blizzard account?

Login problems often come from wrong credentials, an account under suspension, or authentication servers under heavy load. Reset your password first and check your email for security notices. If the launcher shows a server error, wait a few minutes and try again.

My download or update is stuck. What should I check?

Pause and resume the download, then restart the launcher. Check your internet connection and available disk space. If the download stalls at the same percentage repeatedly, the issue may sit with the content servers, and other players will usually report it here too.
