Every time I have tried to login to Hesta over the last week it has rebuffed me with the caption 'Something went wrong. please try again' Are any others being met with the same treatment?
FAA shut down two days ago for system maintenance, and since then, I have noticed three major issues. My profile image and description is no longer visible. The default measurements on the order page now show in metrics but the measurements in the settings page are still in inches. Thirdly, when key words are entered, FAA only uses auto generated tags. I still have to login using my password, but my name and personal info only reads as "Test User." I have sent three emails to the FAA tech department and am waiting for a reply. This has never happened tome before, and the failures began about two days ago when the system shut down for maintenance.

I want to login to declare a new rent statement from my landlord Guinness Partnership. I have only a limited time to do this and now I am very anxious and worried. If I cannot do what I need to do because your website is down then will you please give me more time? It is not right or fair that I am locked out with no help from my council, Southwark council. I will keep trying and taking date stamped screenshots. I will be phoning today about this and maybe, hopefully, getting an appointment. I will also try to get an appoinment online, not hopeful about THAT though. I am doing what I can at my end. What are you doing at your end. March is NOT the month for "maintenance" or repairs! Surely you know that!
