The website "ufcu.org" was slow to finally acknowledge my login, then would not process my attempts to transfer money between my savings and checking accounts, something I do at the end of every month in order to use "Bill Pay" for paying my credit cards, insurance premiums, etc., as well as to transfer money to my wife's UFCU account so that she can do what she needs to do in buying groceries, etc. I have to carefully time all of this so that adequate funds remain in the correct account for an ACH transfer of my monthly mortgage on the 1st of every month. Upon attempting to make a transfer of money from my savings (where I get my monthly paychecks deposited) to my checking account (for paying bills), I got a message saying something like "Oops, something went wrong; try again later." Well I tried again to do the same operation, and got the same message. After calling the UFCU phone number, an automated message informed me that web and phone services at UFCU weren't working right now. That continued to be the case between about 8AM to 10:30 AM, at which point I could again get access to UFCU.ORG to complete my business. It appears that both of my attempts to transfer $3000 from savings to checking actually went through (unbeknownst to me), so instead of $3000 being transferred, $6000 was transferred. Anyway, I'm not sure what caused all of this - perhaps some major change to the web algorithm (A.I. ??) - but the end of the month, when most people get payed and pay bills, is not a good time to make such potentially costly changes. Credit ratings and the like can be profoundly hurt if bills and mortgage payments are delayedd.

Yesterday 2/21/2026 and this morning 2/22/26 I have received the message that PCH+ (PLUS) is down for maintenance. Please try again later. I am frustrated. I am able to access The PCH APP but that is not what I need.
