I can't enter any zip code without it saying it is invalid and to enter a valid 5-digit zip code. Because of this I can't schedule an appointment at any location
I have news for those sites that insist that icon archive is working fine... It is NOT. It hasn't been working for at LEAST a month, maybe longer. I wonder if the techies there have abandoned the site. It used to be a terrific site. I plan to find another site and stop attempting to access icon archive hoping it will work. It's obvious that it is no longer operational. For those who are inquiring about IconArchive: do yourselves a favor and find another icon site.

Neither my wife or I could access Observer today. Guardian dowloaded all week OK. Could not even get email to change password. Process of doing all this is a mess and difficult. not happy
Password not recognized, changed password the site said successful, then tried to log in with the new changed password and it still would not recognize my password.

This situation is causing unnecessary delay, and the system is not helpful when the required service itself is unavailable. I kindly request you to please look into this issue at the earliest. Alternatively, please advise if there is any other option or method available to complete the eSign requirement so that I may proceed with the voter card surrender process.
