I can't get onto the Rumor Mill News from at least 10 days, why can't I get back on to the website that I've visited for at least 10 years?

For some reason WRDW channel 12 is stuck on one little segment on the price is right, for the last 10 minutes and the picture is getting blurry n worse by the minute! Last night it got really bad, the programs got stuck n the picture got really bad. Whats going on and will this ever go back to being normal?
