I go on your web site it starts to load, I wait then it start to load again I wait , then it pops up saying it crashed . This has been happening since August . Why can’t I try to see the web site so I can order. It has been so frustrating. Your old web site was good this one is lousy.

The Newcastle opening webpage is unusual. A very large arrow symbol on the RHS with a small block of text above and the same below, that is all. There is no response to any of my computer keys. It is just the same every time I try. My mac computer is working quite normally.

After edge upgrade yesterday, I lost my sound approximately an hour later sound returned due to no input on my part.
Just now sound went away again due to no input on my part. Still gone !!!
Sometime after midnight 9/7/2026, the always reliable website failed to log me in. Repeated attempts throughout the day including a recent 4:10pm, fails to complete a login.
