When I log in, it will not complete to the website page, even though its the same user name and password since I
opened the account. I can get to the website, but it will not allow me to log in.
I have passed all the robot log in and it hangs on that page, it does not go beyond that page.

I've tried to logon 3 times - it accepts the USERID and PSWD, but stalls and then automatically logs out before reaching the main stream. If it is the case that I'm trying to logon while Alterna has a regularly scheduled maintenance window, it should indicate that during logon.
had a problem with my sen app of Thursday / Friday night at the MCG. the cast kept dropping out on the zero time delay but was working on the 7 second delay. what could be the problem.
Access code(s) not being sent to my email when I tried to log in (all day) today. Now site says I am locked out due to too many login attempts. Not too happy at the moment !!!

Same BS as Tish below. They keep telling me my log in is incorrect. Two hour waiting time on their phone. These Ahola's ruined a good on line system at Bank Of The West when they bought them out. Federal agencies should close them down.
Starting about a week ago, Kroger website won't load beyond the headline banner and a twirling circle like it's TRYING to load in the latest version of Firefox. Can't place my order. Tried a second browser (MS Edge - Bing), same result. Tried a third browser (Chrome), which I don't use often. This worked for a few days, then today, same thing; page won't load. This time, in Chrome, I get "This site can't be reached."
I am using Win 11, and I empty the cache and cookies regularly on my browsers, so that's not the issue.
I can access the website but access to all forums is denied, with a message 'This community is not available'. Is the fault at my end or Pie and Bovril end?
I have fire tv on 5 TVs and when we go to direct tv on any of them they get stuck in a loop at about 8:30 this morning. Seems all other apps work okay. Have been working with direct tv but they haven't been able to help. Please advise
