Every time I have tried to book a flight on the App or on the website, when it comes time to pay and I click "continue to payment" ... the page goes straight to INTERNAL ERROR try again, which I do try several times and it NEVER works. I always have to call a rep to book a flight. ANNOYING and time consuming!

I am currently in Hong Kong and tried to book a flight on line. However, I tried with different computers and iPhone. I always get the message that your website is blank page of error. What's going on with your website?
