Questions

Is BADLAND 2 down right now?

According to reports on this page, BADLAND 2 looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for BADLAND 2 yet.

Why does BADLAND 2 freeze right after I open it?

A freeze on launch is often caused by a pending update, low free storage, or an interrupted install. Close the app fully, restart your device, and check the store for updates. If it keeps freezing on a current device with plenty of storage, report it here.

Do I need an internet connection to play?

Some features, such as account login and certain synced content, need a connection. Connection errors during those steps can be caused by weak Wi-Fi or mobile data rather than the game's servers, so test another app first before reporting an outage.
