It's July 31 and Billpay has not worked for about three days. Error message does not make it clear that the problem is on Santander's end.

Been trying to open a Santander Online Bank Account for nonresidents for 4 days. It always posts the message “ Hola! Estamos trabajando para mejorar nuestros sistemas. Nuestros canales digitales volverán a estar disponibles en las próximas horas.”

I am a TSB customer. On 19th September I used one of your ATMs at The Haymarket Leicester to withdraw cash from my account. Only part of my cash was dispensed and the ATM went out of service. The amount was 20 pounds, One ten pound note was dispensed and the other was trapped in the machine. Please investigate and deposit the undispensed sum back to my amount
