Boba Story is a mobile game, and like any app that talks to a server, it can slow down or stop responding at busy times. This page collects current reports from players, so you can see whether a problem is on your device or on the game's side. Check here first before reinstalling or contacting support.
Boba Story is a casual mobile game where players mix drinks, collect recipes, and grow their little boba shop. Progress is saved on your device, but some features rely on a network connection. When something goes wrong, it usually looks like one of a few things. The app may freeze on a loading screen, refuse to open at all, or run slowly. Some players see login errors or messages about a failed server connection. After an app update, crashes are also more common for a short while. Before reporting an issue, try a few basics. Close the app fully and reopen it. Check that your device has a stable internet connection and enough free storage. If you just installed an update, restart your phone. For login problems, confirm you are using the same account method as before, and avoid deleting the app unless your progress is backed up.
