I have transferred money from savings to checking twice this month only to have the transfer not go through. This means that I have all the money in my savings which means that when a check is presented to my checking it causes an overdraft. I have been transferring money this way for years. It has only become a problem this month. Is this a sign of their system being faulty or are they being hacked?

I have a duplicate charge on my account. I paid my Citi autopay on 11/13. The charge is on a second time & I do not have enough money in my account to pay it again and I am being charged with on overdrawn account. Why am I having so many problems. I was locked out of my account for 2 days & charges were added that I did not make. It seems like someone else has taken over my account. There used to be a bank person right next to me who always tried to help me but caused me a problem paying 1 of my accounts online for me. I told him it would not work & I remembered how I paid it when I did not have a computer so I now pay it via mail. I do not know why I have so many problems. Maybe I should go back to paying by mail.
