About Global Poker

Global Poker Index is a poker leaderboard index, launched in 2011. Its official website is globalpokerindex.com.
Global Poker status updates appear here whenever players report trouble. Issues with the website, the mobile app, or the login flow usually surface within minutes of the first report. This page collects those reports so you can tell a widespread problem from a local one before you start troubleshooting.
Global Poker is an online poker platform where players log in to play ring games, sit-and-gos, and tournaments, often using a sweepstakes model. It runs a website plus a mobile app, so problems can sit in either one.

Questions

Is Global Poker down right now?

According to reports on this page, Global Poker looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for Global Poker yet.

Why can't I log in to Global Poker?

Wrong credentials, a session that expired, or a server-side problem can all block login. Check your password first, then come back to this page. If reports are spiking here, the issue is likely on the platform side and will resolve on its own.

What should I do if a game or table won't load?

Refresh the page or restart the app, and confirm your connection is stable. If the lobby loads but tables don't, the problem is often temporary. Waiting a few minutes usually works better than repeatedly reconnecting.
