Hulu app will not open. Has been like this for a couple of days. I deleted the app and added it back, checked for updates, still will not open

I’ve tried to change passwords on Hulu and it says there is a failure. Tried 4 times new pin and no success. Two hours and still down

Hulu is working sporadically. Buffering, some channels say they are not available. It's been off and on problematic for a week. Last week for several days WGN9 News channel was not available. Very unhappy customer.
