Notes Writer Pro helps you capture and organize notes across your devices. When it stops working, the problem is usually a stalled app, a failed update, or a connection issue with sync servers. This page tracks reported problems in real time so you can tell whether the trouble is on your side or ours.
Notes Writer Pro is a note-taking app built for writing, organizing, and syncing documents. Most activity happens on your device, but syncing and account features depend on a stable server connection. The issues we see most often are apps freezing mid-edit, updates failing to install, login errors, and sync that stalls or disconnects. Sluggish performance can appear on older devices or with very large notebooks. Before reporting a problem, try closing and reopening the app. Check that you are running the latest version and that your internet connection is working. A restart of your device resolves many freezes. If login fails, confirm your credentials and try signing out and back in.
