About OLX

OLX is an online marketplace founded in 2006 and owned by OLX Group. The platform operates sites including olx.com, olx.pl, olx.ua, olx.com.br, and olx.ro, and is also known as dubizzle.
OLX is an online marketplace where people buy, sell, and exchange goods and services. This status page collects user reports about the website and the mobile app, covering things like search, login, checkout, and app performance. Reports from the last hours paint the clearest picture of what is currently failing, so a quick scan of recent entries is usually enough to tell if the problem is on your device or on OLX's side.
OLX (also known as dubizzle in some regions) is a classifieds marketplace operated by OLX Group. Listings span everything from electronics to vehicles, and the service runs in multiple countries through sites like olx.com, olx.pl, olx.ua, olx.com.br, and olx.ro. The issues users report most often are app crashes or freezes, slow loading, broken search results, and trouble logging in. Checkout and the shopping cart can also act up, and occasionally the app fails to open after an update. Before filing a report, try a few basics. Check your internet connection and restart the app. Clear the app cache or update to the latest version, since older builds are a common cause of freezes. If the website is slow but the app works, the problem is likely local rather than a full outage.

Questions

Is OLX down right now?

According to reports on this page, OLX looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for OLX yet.

Why won't the OLX app open or keeps freezing?

This is often caused by an outdated app version or a full cache. Update the app in your app store, then clear the cache or reinstall it. If the problem continues across devices, it is more likely a server-side issue.

Can't log in to OLX — what should I check first?

Confirm your password by resetting it, and make sure you are using the same login method (email, phone number, or social sign-in) you registered with. If login fails on both the app and the website, the issue is probably with the service rather than your account.
