Secret Cat Forest is a calm collecting game, so connection problems and frozen screens tend to stand out. This page tracks reported issues with the app, including crashes, slow loading, login trouble, and server connection failures. Reports come from players, so trends appear here as they happen. If the game suddenly will not open or cats stop appearing in your forest, check this page first before reinstalling anything.
Secret Cat Forest is a quiet mobile game where you place items in a forest and visit with cats that wander through. Progress is gentle and slow by design, which makes interruptions easier to notice. When something breaks, it usually looks like the app freezing on launch, an update that will not finish, or a server connection error that blocks your forest from loading. The most common trouble spots are app updates, login sessions, and connection to the game servers. A frozen screen during startup often points to an interrupted download or an outdated app version. Slow performance can come from the device itself, especially after long play sessions or when storage is nearly full. Before reporting a problem, try a few basics on your side. Close the app fully and reopen it. Check that your device has a stable internet connection, since the game needs to reach the servers to sync. Make sure you are on the latest app version in your store. If the game freezes in one spot, restarting your device clears most temporary glitches. Reinstalling is a last step, and only after confirming an update or connection issue is not the cause.
