Tank Hero is a tank combat game released in 2016, available for Windows-based systems. Sessions depend on the app running smoothly and on a stable connection to its servers, so trouble can come from either side. The problems players report most often fall into a few groups. The app may freeze mid-game or fail to launch at all. Login can fail when authentication is slow or unavailable. Server connection errors and sluggish performance usually point to network load or a service-side issue. Updates can also stall or fail to install. Before filing a report, try a few things on your end. Close and reopen the app. Confirm your internet connection is stable and that no firewall is blocking the game. If an update is pending, install it and restart. If the problem continues after that, it is likely on the service side, and the status indicators here will show it.

Questions

Is Tank Hero down right now?

According to reports on this page, Tank Hero looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for Tank Hero yet.

Why does Tank Hero freeze or crash during play?

Freezes usually come from the app itself or from a dropped connection to the game servers. Close the app fully, reopen it, and check your connection. If freezes keep happening across sessions, the status page will show whether other players are affected too.

What should I do if the app won't open or login fails?

First restart your device and try again. Check that your credentials are correct and that no firewall or antivirus is blocking the game. If login still fails and the status page shows an active login issue, the problem is on the service side and no local fix will help.
