Toca Hair Salon 2 is a creative children's app from the Toca Boca series. Players run a hair salon, choosing tools like scissors, razors, dye, and accessories to style a cast of friendly characters. It runs on phones and tablets and is designed to work offline once installed. Most reported issues fall into a few familiar groups. The app may freeze mid-haircut or fail to open at all. Updates sometimes stall or loop during download. A few users see slow performance on older devices, and connection errors can appear if the app tries to reach online services. Start with the basics on your side. Close the app completely and reopen it. Check your device's storage, since low space breaks updates. Make sure your operating system is current, then restart the device if problems continue. If the app still freezes, reinstalling it usually clears corrupted files.
