Unable to get my email for 5 days now . Call the help desk and they got a copy of my drivers license and told me they could help me after that they said they could not help me what’s going on with yahoo? Since this afternoon, I haven’t been able to get into my email. An error message comes up and it says cannot connect to server. It won’t let me log into my yahoo app either. After many attempts and different ways of trying things to gain access, now I get a it’s not you, it’s us. Please try later and tap OK. I checked to see if there was an outage and there have been no reports accept for one from yesterday. This has happens to me before, and I usually had to change my password with yahoo in order to gain access again. But. This time, I can’t do it. I need to have access to ny emails for business purposes.

Since Yahoo upgraded the interface, each email I click takes triple the time to load the content. I prefer the old interface with speed.

Yahoo mail did not deliver mail from about 7am PDT to about 11:30am PDT. I think I lost mail during that time. I sent tests which weren't delivered. Seems to be working now.

Over the years Yahoo and Yahoo Mail have had excellent reliability. Today, for maybe the 4th or 5th time ever (which is pretty good considering the amount of time I've used it), the service has been up and down; the main problem is the ability to read mail; much of the time today it's been down completely; rare, but it's happening today.

When is Yahoo mail going to be back online??? It's been down for over 3 hours and I MUST get on my e-mail ASAP!!!!
