The system failure is nation wide. It is occurring from 9am to 6pm now for 7 consecutive days. The jobs getting booked up are not coming through to any cars from dispatch. There are moments when the odd one or two come through. I would recommend you pay drivers directly with your credit cards on their eftpos machines or pay id them or pay cash as prepaid fares are not always coming through during these hours from 13cabs payment wise to drivers. Not sure where 13cabs IT risk assessment is??? assuming they don't have one. They don't have a manual system to fall back on at this stage. So cars are able to do hails and process meters and eftpos machines ok. If you have drivers numbers directly call them directly. I'm not sure how much longer drivers can hold out with this level of outage and many are starting to look for replacement options.
