I am unable to place a order. When I sign in, the info is not accepted. I had a partial order started when troubles began - very discouraging. I've been trying for days. I even spoke to a Kroger rep., via phone, who cheerfully solved nothing.
I've shopped at Kroger for decades - too old to drive now. ...May be forced to shop elsewhere.

Kroger website is sooooo slow to open. I've waited 5- 8 minutes for it to open fully. Often when I click on some item it takes forever to open, but more often than not it says "oops" "oops" "oops" "something bad happened". I spent 1/2 hour trying to have Kroger fully open and trying to open various categories or see an item. Finally I just went to HEB's website because it opens fine and the store is actually closer to us than Kroger--we just had always been loyal to Kroger. My time on this website is not worth waiting 1/2 hour to try to have it fully open or look for something and still not be able to fully access everything; I just shut it down in frustration. Kroger's website might not be down, but it sure doesn't open well.

I agree with imperial. The coupon page takes a very long time to load. This has been going on for at least one month. I have given up a few times. Not, however, on the app. Very fast. Maybe they want us all to stop using the browser on our computers and only use our cell phones.
