For some reason it says I don’t have an account but I do and then when I go to resign in this is my password doesn’t recognize but it’s the correct one and then when I push email me a new one I never get the email

As a subscriber I am not receiving Newsmax + today. Sporadic problems receiving Newsmax +. Very disappointed customer because I cannot keep signing in or losing the app frequently because I will no longer be a subscriber.
