Forced for password reset after 6 months but now unable to sign in?
Can’t understand why my data would be sensitive enough to force password change and cause these problems?

Forced to sign in again on phone app with message about needing to sign in every 6 months as a security measure.

Same "Uh oh..." message for well over a month, cannot submit meter readings. Have emailed on numerous occasions to report problems. Website still broken, but they taking the money works! Hmmm!

Not been able to access the app for 3 days. Says oops there’s a problem. Tried logging out and back in but now says password wrong so reset password and still says wrong and check region. Nothing working
