I prefer to shop online with my laptop but can't open emails, clip coupons, or shop with Ralph's anymore. The problem has persisted for several weeks. Please fix it or quit sending emails with coupons.

Same as below. Ralphs website and parts of the phone app are broken, then fixed, then broken again. Kroger/Ralphs needs some competent web developers and/or hosting.

Issues with Ralphs Website and "Network Failure" issue. Contacted customer support and they were not able to help the issue.

Can't log in to Ralphs website and it's been that way for me for several weeks. I keep getting the message "Network error." It keeps buffering. I spoke with a customer service rep yesterday who advised that Kroger is having problems with the Ralphs and one other Kroger website. When I tried again to log on, I still couldn't. Not a great look 10 days before Christmas.
