h3 I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ImmoScout24 and would like to draw attention to a serious violation of my consumer rights.
On July 18, 2024, I was incorrectly assigned the “WohnenPlus 12” subscription. On the same day, I contacted customer service and requested an immediate cancellation, which was confirmed to me in writing. Therefore, I assumed that the matter was resolved.
To my great surprise, I later found out that I was still being billed despite this cancellation. When I inquired about this, I was told that the cancellation would only take effect after the minimum contract term of 12 months, meaning on July 19, 2025. This is completely unacceptable, as I exercised my right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) within the legally required period, and therefore, I should not be bound by such a contract term.
It appears that my withdrawal was ignored, and I am now unlawfully being held responsible for payments, even though I canceled the contract on the first day. I only became aware of this unacceptable contract continuation through the receipt of invoices and contract information. This approach is not only legally questionable but also extremely frustrating and burdensome for me as a consumer.
I urge ImmoScout24 to resolve this matter immediately by:
1. Terminating the subscription with immediate effect.
2. Cancelling all previously issued invoices.
3. Providing written confirmation that no further charges will be incurred.
Should this issue not be resolved soon, I will take legal action and inform the relevant authorities and consumer protection organizations about this incident.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable and represents a clear violation of consumer rights. I strongly advise caution when using ImmoScout24, as the contract terms and the handling of withdrawal rights are clearly not transparent

Our experience with Launchese has been nothing short of a nightmare. They handled our company’s payslips without even registering us with HMRC, which is a serious violation of tax regulations. This level of incompetence caused a cascade of issues, including incorrect tax filings, which led to us being overcharged by HMRC. It took a significant amount of time before HMRC refunded us the excess payments.
Their bookkeeping is also a complete disaster. They consistently mixed up bills with invoices, and even managed to mix currencies—combining USD with GBP in the most careless manner. These are basic mistakes that no professional service should be making.
For a company that charges premium fees, their services are far below any acceptable standard. They operate with blatant non-compliance and have caused us unnecessary headaches and financial strain.
If you value your time, money, and business, do not trust Launchese with your accounting needs. It’s simply not worth the stress and extra costs they’ll create for you!

h3 Our itinerary for the trip to Bali last month was prepared by Tripping Tales. I have to admit it was very well planned. We could cover almost all the places that we had decided to visit and that too at our own pace. They had planned it in such a way that every day was a new experience.. Water sports, Bali swings, adventure rides, night safari, kacak dance, shopping,... You name it and we had experienced it. The hotel stay and vehicles were very comfortable. I should also mention the exemplary service of our driver Yuan. He was a great help throughout and a good guide. In toto it was an amazing experience. I would definitely refer Tripping Tales for your holiday planning and would love to travel with them again.

h3 We appreciate the service Sam and his team rendered. They did very well and we are satisfied. They are courteous and I appreciate Sam's timely communication before and during the move. My wife stated that their service was good as well and she was especially impressed with the way the fridge freezer move was handled. She said the fridge freezer was not handled as careful when it was delivered by the company we bought from.
Maybe the traffic affecting timeliness in arrival was my only minor concern but I appreciate there are some matters we don't have control over. Overall, we are satisfied

I’ve contacted dusk about this via email (which appears to be the only way) just to be completely ignored for almost two weeks when all I asked for was a replacement of the drawer runner.
So great if it everything works but if it doesn’t. Completely ignored, zero help and absolutely zero customer service. So now left with a faulty bedside table that is unusable for £100.

Wouldn't be so bad if the website could give you an accurate idea of what to expect. Decided it might be worth looking into signing up as a courier given the seemingly chronic shortage of drivers - nope, no courier positions available in the area.
