I have been received this message "No channels available. Please remove any channel filters are in place under Grid Preferences." for the last 4 hours. Even after I did the message asked, and still no channel lineup. Please advise. Thanks!

a few months ago, and now (11/28/2023), I cannot log in to zap2it.com. It does not recognize my registered email as registered, nor allow me to register it (or another email) again. On a sporadic basis, it may say "have sent you a new password" (but I did not receive any such email). I have tried different VPN servers, as well as no server, in case that is the problem.
