Amazon has been weird lately. I had a Prime Membership for 3 months. I canceled it in October. Amazon still debited my account twice afterwards. This is when I first began to remove my main bank card after purchases! When I reached out anb this , only one of the payments was debited back to me! Recently as of December I have been ordering from them for Christmas. I noticed that the app has been glitchy, and laggy! I have also recently had orders that either didn’t ever ship to my address, or packages mishandled by Amazon drivers! They were saying that package/s had been delivered on , or at mailbox, when a box obviously too large is usually left on the porch , in front of my door. Back to the app.. The app started becoming very slow, glitchy, and eventually stopped working properly. It would not display my account information at all. My order history was also removed as well as my zip code being posted as other zip codes other than my own. I deleted, and reinstalled the app 3x! It would not open up, and I noticed the zip code errors. I was very concerned, so I contacted Amazon customer service about this! A rep told me to uninstall the app again after an hour, and reinstall it!! I honestly feel that someone is attempting to hack the app to access personal information! I’m glad that I removed my main bank card after the previous orders, and issues, before the app stopped functioning all together! To anyone using any apps , please pay attention to your card /account balances! I have had issues with other apps that attempted to steal money from my accounts prior to this strange activity with Amazon recently! Happy Holidays!!

I have been having a reoccurring problem with Amazon. I click on an item to get the details and it keeps sending me to a page that says "error occurred in loading page". I have been using Amazon for many years. Suddenly, I have found that it is using my old web address, which I no longer can access. I can't see any way to change it to the new web address (that I have actually been using for several years now. Rufus is a total loss....it refuses to understand a simple statement. Being referred to "the community" is a poor substitute for getting actual help from an actual person. I wish there was something I could substitute for Amazon ! !!!!!
