Art Set is a painting and drawing app, and when it misbehaves the frustration is real. This status page collects reports from users about frozen canvases, failed updates, and connection problems. Check here before assuming the issue is yours alone.
Art Set is a digital art studio for tablet devices, built to simulate real painting tools with brushes, oils, and layered canvases. Most features run on the device itself, though some functions rely on online services.
Common problems include the app freezing mid-stroke, failing to open after an update, or slow performance on detailed canvases. Server connection errors usually point to account sync or store communication rather than the painting tools.
Before reporting, try closing and reopening the app, check that your device has free storage, and confirm your operating system meets the app's requirements. If an update is stuck, restarting the device often clears it.
