Landline out since Tuesday evening.
Bell line has been severed by Telia doing work in the neighbourhood of South London No 911 service. It's now Friday morning. We are seniors. This landline is our only phone. Help!!!!

My power was turned off on July 17th at 8:00am for planned outage to do road work. When the power came back on at 4:27pm, I had internet and phone but at 7:00pm I lost my phone service completely. I need my phone for medical reasons. My confirmation number of my payment is 5839. I had called your customer service number on July 16th about my past due bill and the representative, Jacob, told me that when I pay my $180 it wouldn't be turned off at all. Now I have no phone. Please help me to get my phone turned back on.
