My power was turned off on July 17th at 8:00am for planned outage to do road work. When the power came back on at 4:27pm, I had internet and phone but at 7:00pm I lost my phone service completely. I need my phone for medical reasons. My confirmation number of my payment is 5839. I had called your customer service number on July 16th about my past due bill and the representative, Jacob, told me that when I pay my $180 it wouldn't be turned off at all. Now I have no phone. Please help me to get my phone turned back on.
