Is Block Fortress down right now?

According to reports on this page, Block Fortress looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for Block Fortress yet.

Block Fortress 2 freezes at startup. What should I try first?

Close the game fully, then reopen it. If it freezes again, restart your computer and check that your graphics drivers and the game client are up to date. A pending update can also cause this, so let the launcher finish any download before launching.

The game will not connect to its servers. Is the problem on my end?

Check this page first. If other players are reporting server connection issues, the fault is likely on the game's side and you only need to wait. If reports are quiet, test your own internet connection and restart your router before trying again.
