Tried to watch season 3 of Blue Light and it jumps back to home page. Tried an older show, same issue.

I have finished watching Blue Lights, seasons 1 & 2 without problem. When I go to watch season 3, it asks for a pin which I never set up in the first place. When I tried to set a pin by activating parental controls, it still didn’t work. Is anyone else having a problem with this?
