Is BT down or not working?

Cannot make any outgoing calls on our landline, yet calling it from mobile no problem? And, like other complainants, BT saying "no problems" ? Looks like a wide area of problems to me yet the BT OSTRICH burying it's head in the sand claiming all is well!

Unable to make outgoing calls from 01316692891 (Digital Voice). Recorded message to say 'this number is temporarily out of service'. All calls operational from my mobile. Reset BT Hub but still a problem. Incoming calls from mobile OK and no problem on Internet.

yet again unable to login to BT email. thats is 7 days running there have been delays. tested the line through BT but as usual BT say no problems i wonder why as my service includes 24 hour connection. all BT said before clear chaches change my password but i refuse to do that every day!. Just moved to BT fibre as well but if this continues i wil be leaving as eversince the EE tie up service has collapsed and 5 complaints i ve had no writtenm replies. Not treating customers fairly is it!!
