CDKeys sells game activation codes for PC and console titles. When the site has problems, you may not be able to log in, complete checkout, or track an order. This page shows the current status of the website, login, checkout, order tracking, and the app. Check here before contacting support.
CDKeys is an online store for digital game keys. You buy a code, receive it by email or in your account, and redeem it on the relevant platform. Orders are usually processed quickly, and most purchases need no contact with support at all. The parts that fail most often are checkout and login. Payment can be declined during busy periods, and account access can stall if the login service is under strain. Order tracking can also lag behind, so a code may arrive later than the tracker suggests. If something looks broken, first check your payment method and billing details. Make sure the confirmation email is not in spam. Try a different browser or clear cookies if login loops. If checkout fails but the page loads fine, wait a few minutes and retry before placing a duplicate order.
