Diversion is a video game developed by Ezone PTY LTD. On this status page you can follow reported problems with accounts, logins, the mobile app, and the website. Reports are collected from players and shown in real time, so you can see whether an issue is widespread or limited to a small number of users. Nothing here replaces official support, but it helps you decide what to do next.
Diversion is a casual video game from developer Ezone PTY LTD, available on PC. It falls under casual and action game genres, and players access it through an account along with the mobile app and website. When problems happen, they usually involve login failures, account sync errors, or the app failing to load. Server-side connection issues can also affect gameplay or prevent the website from responding. Before reporting a problem, check your internet connection and try restarting the app. Confirm your login details are correct, and see whether the issue appears on both the app and the website. If it does, the cause is more likely on the server side.

Questions

Is Diversion down right now?

According to reports on this page, Diversion looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for Diversion yet.

Why can't I log in to my Diversion account?

Check that your username and password are entered correctly, then reset your password if needed. If login fails for many players at once, the issue is likely with the game servers rather than your account.

The app won't load. What should I try first?

Close the app fully and reopen it, then check your internet connection. If the website is also unresponsive, the problem is probably server-side and worth waiting out.
