Droplr is a screen capture and file sharing service used by teams and individuals. This status page tracks the Droplr app, website, login system, and the server connection that moves your files. If something stops working, check here first for current conditions before troubleshooting on your own.
Droplr lets you capture screenshots, record short videos, and share files with a simple link. The app works across desktop and mobile, and everything syncs through a central server connection. Links open in a clean viewer that supports previews for images, documents, and video.
When problems appear, they usually involve the upload step, login issues, or the website failing to load. Slow uploads often point to large files or a weak connection. Login errors can come from expired sessions or an outdated app version.
Before reporting a fault, check your internet connection and restart the app. Make sure your password is current and that the app is updated. If links open but files do not, try re-uploading once. Keep this page open for confirmed issues on our side.
