Cannot make a purchase. Will not accept my card. Will not save info. Switches the billing address with the shipping address

Unable to make purchases! When I click on "buy" an empty white box pops up. Three computers, same issue! Website works OK, otherwise. Cleared cache's on all computers but no effect. Restarted, logged out and in, nothing.
