Questions

Is IMVU down right now?

According to reports on this page, IMVU looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for IMVU yet.

Why can't I log in to my IMVU account?

First, check your internet connection and try reloading the page. Clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the app also resolves many login and loading problems. If the issue continues, this page will show whether IMVU itself is having trouble.

My uploads are taking a long time. Is that normal?

Slow uploads usually point to a weak connection or temporary server strain. Try switching networks or waiting a few minutes before retrying. Large 3D assets can also take longer to process than regular images.
