About kommo

Kommone is the subject of an encyclopedic article in Paulys Realencyclopädie der classischen Altertumswissenschaft, a classical studies reference work. The entry is catalogued in Wikidata under Q19996852 and is classified as an instance of an encyclopedic article.
Kommo is a customer relationship and messaging platform that connects chat apps, social channels, and CRMs in one workspace. Like any hosted service, it depends on logins, API connections, and stable servers. This page tracks reported problems with Kommo, so you can check current status before digging through settings. Reports are collected from users, and patterns across them help distinguish a service-wide incident from an issue on your end.
Kommo is a CRM built around messaging. It pulls conversations from channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, and web chat into a shared inbox, with pipelines and sales tracking on top of that. Teams use it for lead capture, follow-ups, and automation. Access happens through the website or a mobile and desktop app, all tied to a single account login.

Questions

Is kommo down right now?

According to reports on this page, kommo looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for kommo yet.

Why is Kommo not syncing my WhatsApp or Telegram messages?

Channel sync failures usually come from an expired or broken connection. Open the channel settings in Kommo and reconnect the integration. If the channel provider is also having problems, messages can be delayed until that service recovers.

What should I try if I cannot log in to my Kommo account?

Check your password and any two-factor codes first, then make sure your browser is not blocking cookies. If a password reset does not arrive, look in your spam folder. Once a service-wide login issue is ruled out, contact Kommo support about your specific account.
