About Monster Hunter

Monster Hunter is a 2020 film directed and written by Paul W. S. Anderson. It is an American film described as fantasy, action, and horror, and its official site is monsterhunter.movie.
Monster Hunter is tracked here for gameplay, login, server connection, and website issues. When something goes wrong, it usually shows up as failed matchmaking, login errors, or a site that will not load. This page collects reports so you can see whether others are affected too. Check back here before filing a support ticket, since many problems clear up on their own.
Monster Hunter lets players hunt large monsters, alone or with others online. The multiplayer side depends on stable connections to game servers, which is where most trouble starts. Sessions can drop, lobbies can fill without updating, and logins can time out.

Questions

Is Monster Hunter down right now?

According to reports on this page, Monster Hunter looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for Monster Hunter yet.

Why can I not join a friend's hunting lobby?

Lobby failures usually come from server load or a network mismatch between players. Confirm both of you are on the same game version, then try again after a few minutes. If reports here are elevated, the issue is likely on the server side.

The game says my session expired. What should I do?

This happens when the connection to the servers drops. Restart the game and sign in again. If it keeps happening, test your connection on another device to rule out your home network.
