OpenPhone is a business phone service that runs as an app and a website. It handles calls, text messages, shared inboxes, and phone numbers for teams. When something stops working, this page shows the current status of each part of the service, from sending messages to logging in.
OpenPhone gives teams a shared phone system without extra hardware. You can make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, and manage conversations with coworkers from one place. It works in a mobile app, a desktop app, and through the website. Problems usually show up in a few familiar places. Messages may fail to send or arrive late. Calls can drop or fail to connect. Login issues and slow server responses can also affect the apps and the website at the same time. If something looks broken on your end, check your internet connection first. Try signing out and back in, then update the app to the latest version. If the status page shows all systems operational and the issue continues, contact support with the details of what you saw.
