About Patreon

Patreon is an American crowdfunding platform. It was founded in 2013 and operates at patreon.com.
Patreon is a membership platform where fans support creators with recurring payments. Because it handles logins, media, and billing, problems can appear in different places: a stalled sign-in, pages that fail to load, or pledges that do not go through. This page tracks current service status so you can tell whether an issue sits with Patreon or with your own setup.
Patreon is an American crowdfunding platform where supporters pay creators on a monthly basis, often in exchange for posts, early access, or other perks. It combines a website, account system, and payment processing in one service. The usual trouble spots are login failures, slow page loads, and payment errors around the start of a billing cycle. Uploads and media playback can also lag when traffic spikes. These faults are usually temporary and tied to server load or scheduled maintenance. Before reporting a problem, check your internet connection and try a different browser or device. Clear cached data for patreon.com, confirm your payment method is valid, and make sure you are using the latest app version if you are on mobile.

Why can't I log in to my Patreon account?

Check your email address and password first, then reset your password if needed. Clear your browser cookies or try a private window. If login still fails across devices, the account system may be having a temporary problem on Patreon's side.

My payment failed but my card works elsewhere. What should I do?
