PAYDAY 2 is a cooperative shooter where crews plan and execute heists. It runs on PC and consoles and relies on online infrastructure for accounts, matchmaking, and multiplayer sessions. Most reported issues involve server connection errors, failed logins, trouble entering lobbies, or disconnects during play. Website problems can also affect players looking for official updates or store access. Before reporting a problem, check your own connection first. Restart the game, verify game files if you play on PC, and make sure your platform's online service is working. A router restart often clears stuck connections.
