Prezi status at a glance. This page tracks reported problems with the Prezi app, the login flow, and the main website. Reports come from users, so counts move as people notice and file issues. Check here first before reinstalling anything or contacting support.
Prezi is a presentation tool known for its zooming canvas instead of slide-by-slide decks. People use it in browsers, through desktop apps, and on mobile, so an issue can sit in any one of those layers. When things go wrong, it is usually one of three spots. Login sessions time out or refuse to refresh. The editor stalls while loading a large presentation. Or the website itself responds slowly during peak hours. Before filing a report, try signing out and back in. Clear your browser cache, or test the same presentation in another browser. If your internet connection drops mid-save, reopen the file and check for a recovered version. These steps sort out most local problems and leave the service-side issues visible here.

Questions

Is Prezi down right now?

According to reports on this page, Prezi looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for Prezi yet.

Why can I open the website but not log in?

The site and the login service run separately. A session problem on your device can cause this too. Sign out fully, clear cookies for the domain, and try again.

My presentation will not load in the editor. Is it lost?

Probably not. Large files sometimes fail to load under slow connections. Try another browser or network first. If saving was interrupted, check for an autosaved or recovered copy when you reopen it.
