Testbook offers online exam preparation through its website. You sign in to access courses, practice tests, and study material. It serves students across India preparing for government and competitive exams. Most issues reported on a service like this involve login failures, slow page loads, or payment steps not completing. Practice tests may not load properly if the connection drops mid-session. These are the areas we watch most. Before reporting a problem, try refreshing the page and signing in again. Check your internet connection and clear your browser cache if pages look broken. If a payment fails, confirm with your bank before submitting a report here.
