Tornado status updates live here. When logins stall, orders fail to route, or the website stops loading, we track it on this page. Check back here before contacting support; most known issues appear here within minutes.
Tornado is a trading service covering mobile and online brokerage, portfolio management, and account login. Traders use it to place orders, monitor positions, and manage holdings from desktop or phone.
Common trouble spots include login loops, delayed market data, failed order submissions, and app crashes after updates. During high-volume trading sessions, parts of the platform can slow down or time out.
Before reporting a problem, confirm your internet connection, update the app, and try a fresh login. If orders show as pending, do not resubmit them right away; duplicates can cause unintended trades. Our status page lists active incidents and their progress.
