WebAssign is an online homework and assessment platform used by schools and universities across the United States. When the service has problems, students may struggle to submit assignments, load questions, or sign in before a deadline. This page collects status reports and service information so you can quickly see whether an issue is on WebAssign's side or with your own setup.
WebAssign is a United States-based online homework system, launched in 1997. Teachers use it to assign coursework, tests, and graded practice, and students complete their work through the website or app. Common trouble spots include slow page loads during peak homework hours, failed assignment submissions, logins that loop back to the sign-in screen, and gradebook entries that do not update right away. Browser problems can look a lot like outages. Before reporting an issue, check your internet connection, try a different browser, and clear cached data for the site. Make sure pop-ups and cookies are allowed, since the platform relies on both. If your course uses a school login, confirm your institutional account works first.
