Other services in this category

Access Corrections lets you send money and messages to people in correctional facilities. This status page tracks the app, website, login, and payment flows. When something stops working, we report it here first.
Access Corrections is a service for sending funds to inmate trust accounts, along with email messages and other purchases for people in custody. You can pay online through the website or the mobile app. Payments are the most common pain point. Card declines, slow processing, and login errors happen most often during peak hours like weekends and holidays. If a transfer seems stuck, start on your side. Check that your card details are current and that your bank has not blocked the charge. Confirm the facility and recipient details match exactly, since wrong information can delay a deposit. Log out and back in if the app misbehaves, and try the website if the app keeps failing. This page shows live status for the app, website, login, and payment systems. If everything is marked operational and you still have trouble, support can look into your specific transaction.
