I have fire tv on 5 TVs and when we go to direct tv on any of them they get stuck in a loop at about 8:30 this morning. Seems all other apps work okay. Have been working with direct tv but they haven't been able to help. Please advise

Apps frozen, unable to update. Told to purchase new firestick, existing one less then 2 years old. New one would not software update. Tech support ordered replacement, same problem. Third attempt, unit loaded after 3 hours required for software update, basic prime service, unable to reload any apps.

YouTube TV isn’t not working on the fire stick. I reset the fire stick, uninstalled and reinstalled the app for YouTube. Check my Internet connection and it’s good something’s wrong. I’d like to know if you’re working on it or you plan to fix it or do I need to go to to another service.

Can’t turn tv on with remote… I’ve checked the batteries. When I turn it on with directtv remote, get a screen that advertises movies and cannot access anything g with either remote including settings to switch to directtv… so no tv… Will listen to audible book downloaded earlier… on phone… not Alexa as Alexa will not connect to audible!😊
