We have had little or NO SERVICE for 6 days now. Have reported and reported but nothing resolved. My brother missed 4 calls from a hospital about reports he has been waiting for and they couldn't get through and couldn't leave a voicemail. All we hear is "we will put a ticket in" or "the ticket is still open and we have an ETA of noon, but it never happens. Today, Monday the 3rd called yet again. Ticket still open and now the ETA is 11:00 am tomorrow Nov . 4th. Not holding my breath. We have NEVER had problems in the 3 yrs we have had Consumer Cellular. Last summer 2 towers went down while camping and they were fixed within 24 hours. 6 days out is not acceptable.

I reported our 2 Iris flip phones not getting a service signal yesterday, after a hr.+ of trouble shooting, they put a ticket on it and said we would be contacted again w/i 24 hrs. on our home phone line. Well, that never happen, still having issues with trying to make and receive calls.

My Samsung Ae10 has been working perfectly since I bought it in 2020. I work at the same desk, in the same building, at the same window and today am getting no incoming calls at all, though briefly I had 3 bars, mostly I have no internet connection even with 3 calls to CC to get assistance. I haven't been able to make or receive calls since about 1pm today. I receive a message "network not available for voice calls". What changed? Also texts take hours to go through, if indeed they do go through at all! Never had this problem before. Can't even call to report it. I tried signing in to my account on line to report the problem but needed a confirmation code sent by text. By the time I receive the code, it's hours too late and the code has expired. Totally frustrated!!
