About Hearthstone

Hearthstone is a 2014 digital collectible card game by Blizzard Entertainment. It runs on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. The official website is playhearthstone.com.
Hearthstone is a digital collectible card game from Blizzard Entertainment, released in 2014. Players build decks and duel each other in the Warcraft universe. Because it is an online game, a stable connection to Blizzard's servers matters. This status page tracks whether match play, login, and related services are working normally.
Hearthstone is a free-to-play digital card game developed by Blizzard Entertainment. You collect cards, build decks, and play matches against other people. The game runs on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, and it depends on Blizzard's online infrastructure for accounts, matchmaking, and card data. Most problems fall into a few categories. Login failures are common after patches or account changes. Matchmaking delays and disconnects during matches usually point to server or network issues. The Battle.net launcher and the official website can also have separate problems. If something looks broken, start on your side. Check your internet connection, restart the game client, and make sure the launcher is up to date. A corrupted cache or an outdated driver can cause crashes that look like server trouble. If those steps do not help, the issue is likely on Blizzard's end, and this page will show it.

Questions

Is Hearthstone down right now?

According to reports on this page, Hearthstone looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for Hearthstone yet.

Why can I open the launcher but not log in to Hearthstone?

Login and game servers are separate services. The launcher may work fine while authentication is down. Check your credentials first, then look at the login status here. Waiting a few minutes often resolves it.

My matches keep disconnecting. Is it my connection or the game?

Run a quick speed test and check if other online services work on your network. If everything else is stable, the disconnects are probably server-side and will show up on this page. If your connection is unstable, restart your router before blaming the game.
