ibon ticket is the ticketing service run through Taiwan's ibon kiosk network at 7-Eleven stores. You can browse events, pick seats, and pay for tickets on the spot, then collect printed tickets from the same machine. This page tracks whether the booking flow is currently working, so you know whether a problem is on your side or on the platform's.
ibon ticket lets you search for concerts, sports events, and performances, reserve seats, and complete payment at an ibon kiosk in a 7-Eleven store. Tickets print directly from the machine once payment clears, so the service ties together an online catalog and thousands of physical kiosks. When things go wrong, it is usually seat availability that is stale, a booking session that times out mid-checkout, or slow ticket printing at the kiosk. Busy on-sale periods can also slow the whole flow down. On your side, first confirm the event is still on sale and check your internet connection if the seat map will not load. At the kiosk, make sure your payment method is accepted and note any error code shown on screen. If a booking session expires, start the reservation again rather than refreshing, because expired sessions often cannot be resumed.
