im trying to watch my shows but the app keep crashing can yall please fix the issue im only having trouble with yall app i hate wasting money on something that wont work its been doin the same thing for a while now and its getting very annoying

App works on my iPhone but won’t work through Apple Lightning adapter to TV but all work good on Netflix so Adapter etc is all good

Have not been able to stream on tvs for over a week. Can log in but my shows just keep buffering and/or bouncing back to HomeScreen. iPhone app works fine. Neither tv works. Not happy!! What am I paying for???
