About TERA

TERA (Terapevticheskii arkhiv, also known as Therapeutic Archive, Ter Arkh, or Ter. Arkh.) is an academic journal published in Russia. It is an open-access scholarly publication and an academic journal. Official websites include mediasphera.ru and ter-arkhiv.ru, and an iOS app is available on the App Store.
TERA status updates appear here. We track login access, game play sessions, server connections, and the website itself. When something breaks, this page tells you first. Check back before filing a support ticket — many issues are already known and being worked on.
TERA is an online service with several moving parts: the login flow, game servers, the website, and general play sessions. Each part can fail on its own. A login outage does not always mean the game is down, and slow connections do not always mean a problem on our side. The most common issues are failed logins during peak hours, disconnects mid-session, and website slowness after updates. Server maintenance can look like an outage if you are not expecting it. Before reporting a problem, check your own connection first. Restart your router, confirm your login credentials are current, and see whether other online services work on your network. If this page shows active incidents, no ticket is needed.

Questions

Is TERA down right now?

According to reports on this page, TERA looks fine for most people. Isolated failures still happen — report yours if you are stuck.

When was the last mass outage?

We do not have a recorded mass outage for TERA yet.

Why can I load the website but not log in?

The website and the login service run separately. One can fail while the other works. Check the status list above to see which component is affected, then try again after any posted incident has cleared.

What should I do if I keep getting disconnected during play?

First rule out your own network. Test another device on the same connection and restart your router. If disconnects continue while this page shows all systems normal, contact support with your region and the times the drops happened.
