About Zettle

Zettle is a family name. The name is documented on Wikidata as an instance of a surname.
Zettle status updates live here. If the app, login, or website is acting up, this page collects the reports we receive and the signals we monitor. Check here first before assuming the problem is on your end.
Zettle is tracked here across three areas: the app, the login flow, and the website. Each can fail on its own, so a broken login does not always mean the app is down. The most common issues are sign-in errors, slow loading pages, and features that time out mid-use. Payment or connection problems can look like an outage when the cause is closer to home. Before reporting, try signing out and back in, check your internet connection, and make sure the app is updated. If the status page shows a known incident, there is nothing more you need to do but wait for a fix.
